How to Serge a Perfect Angle Tip with a Rolled Hem

I'm thoroughly enjoying all the sewing and patterns designs going on in Face Book Groups.  It's really wonderful to see amazing talent everywhere and great questions from new sewers worth writing about.  So here's hoping this will be helpful in serging a perfect angle with a rolled hem.  The pictures are self explanatory.  Happy sewing!

Thank you for posting these great pics. This is what I do, but I have trouble running thread back through rolled hem as the stitches are very tight. On another note, where did you purchase that super duper needle threader? Thanks again.

Hi Shirley,
Thanks for stopping by. Depending on your serger, the tightness of stitches varies by your stitch length so if you increase the length, your stitches should be spaced a bit apart, as I have done in this sample on medium weight fabric. The needle threader is from DMC and available at craft stores (cross stitch and needlework area).
